Returns & Refunds


Faulty or Damaged

  • Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • Each creation is unique and handmade, so all pieces are one of a kind with slight variations.
  • Your product comes with a 14-day return/exchange warranty, allowing you to request a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item if it is faulty.
  • Please email me within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange.
    Change of Mind
    • I offer a 7-day return change of mind policy, allowing you a week to make an exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.
    • Once the item is returned in its original condition, you can request an exchange for any product of the same value. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


    • I will notify you once I receive and inspect your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

    Non-returnable items 

    • Custom made products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
    • Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
